Analogue Shipping FAQ

UPS, FedEX and DHL

Analogue's shipping partners are: UPS, FedEX and DHL. We currently ship Ground domestically and Priority internationally. All shipments are fully insured and tracked. Our warehousing and logistics partners operate with a stringent shipping and handling protocol. All orders are packed with high quality materials (thoroughly bubble wrapped and 360 degree cushioned with packing paper) and are cushioned with care so your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Finally, our goal is for all order to be shipped within 24 hours of ordering (during weekdays).

While these shipping services may result in a shipping cost that is higher than the cheapest services available, they reflect the quality, service and values of Analogue. Our goal is for your order to ship promptly, arrive securely and ultimately unboxed in perfect condition for you to enjoy.

Why Analogue does not use USPS

We do not use USPS due to high unreliability and poor package handling. Services such as USPS Parcel Post & USPS Priority Mail may initially seem like faster & cheaper options, but once signature confirmation and insurance are added, the net rates more often than not become equal to or more expensive than UPS, FedEX and DHL. Not to mention USPS infamously loses packages, mishandles and damages packages and has no reliable customer support infrastructure. When it comes to international shipping USPS often hands off the package to local couriers where your package is often untracked and no recourse is available to retrieve a package or file an insurance claim in the event that it goes missing.

Customs & Taxes/VAT

Please note that you will be responsible to pay any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate. Check with your local customs and government authorities for more information on how to import goods into your country.
